If you need a screen capture tool, FastStone Capture is a powerful and lightweight one that will help you taking snapshots of what happens on your screen.

Easily capture anything on the screen: windows, objects and more. choose the capture mode: full screen, rectangular/freehand regions and even scrolling windows/web pages.

Once you have captured the screen, you will be able to edit it, create a jpg, gif or bmp file, send that created file via email, upload to a website,... It's full featured.

The edition tools are not very advanced but they are good enough to make minor changes to your screenshots.

FastStone Capture saves files in BMP, GIF, JPEG, PCX, PNG, TGA, TIFF and PDF formats.
